I don’t know about you guys, but I’m practising self-care this week by admitting that I posted this episode late, because sometimes life happens, and something is better than nothing
and thats SUPER relevant to this weeks episode! We decided to take a little time to talk about self-care, which can be a pretty vague topic. We dip our toes in to the things that we do to practise our own version of “self-care”, and then discuss a few internet articles that go over “tried and true” methods.
With that in mind, we just want to make a point that self-care looks different for everyone! What works for us may not work for you, or maybe its something you’ve never tried! The most important thing to take away from this episode is that you do not need to EARN me time, you owe it to yourself to take that time to put energy back in to yourself. TREAT YO SELF!!
